神戸スイーツ学会　第３回定例研究会では、ユーハイム製菓マイスターの安藤　明さんをお招きし、海外での修業時代のお話や、お菓子をつくる上で欠かせない重要な要素である温度についてのお話など、製菓マイスターならではのお話を伺います。また、研究会の後半には、ユーハイムを代表するお菓子であるバウムクーヘンの製造過程を見学し、安藤マイスター自ら腕をふるった焼きたてのバウムクーヘンを召し上がっていただきます。
